- 2 tsp green tea
- 300 ml water
- 1 tsp chicory syrup
- 2 slices lemons
- 2 slices limes
- 2 tbsp lemon juice

First of all, brew green tea. With 2 teaspoons of tea pour 300ml of water. But be careful of the temperature. To prevent the tea from spoiling, keep it around 70‑80°C! Let it infuse for 2‑3 minutes, then remove the tea.

Put plenty of ice, lemon and lime slices, mint, tea and a splash of lemon juice to taste.
