  • 2 tsp green tea
  • 300 ml water
  • 1 tsp chicory syrup
  • 2 slices lemons
  • 2 slices limes
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • ice
  • mint

Instructions

  1. First of all, brew green tea. With 2 teaspoons of tea pour 300ml of water. But be careful of the temperature. To prevent the tea from spoiling, keep it around 70‑80°C! Let it infuse for 2‑3 minutes, then remove the tea.

  2. Once cooled, prepare to serve.

    Put plenty of ice, lemon and lime slices, mint, tea and a splash of lemon juice to taste.
