- 200 g Vilgain Spelt Biscuits
- 500 g light curd cheese
- 20 g vanilla protein powder
- 200 g strawberries
- 10 g peanut butter
- 5 g peanuts
- 5 g freeze dried strawberries
- 5 g strawberry coconut cubes
Instructions

Cut the washed strawberries into slices.

In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese with the protein. You can add sweetener (stevia drops, xylitol, chicory syrup...)

Spread the cream on the bottom of a small mould. Place the biscuits on top of the cream cheese, spread the cream layer again, place the strawberry slices and the cream cheese again. Repeat the process - another layer of biscuits, cream, strawberries and cream.

Crumble the remaining cookies on top, drizzle with nut butter, sprinkle with chopped peanuts and add freeze‑dried strawberries and strawberry coconut cubes.
Refrigerate this dessert for 3‑4 hours.
