Unbaked desserts with biscuits are a great sweet treat - and they're incredibly easy to prepare. But have you ever tried freezing one before serving? It's the perfect way to enjoy a delicious treat for the summer.

Instructions

  1. Frozen Curd Slices with StrawberriesCut the washed strawberries into slices.

  2. In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese with the protein powder. You can add sweetener (flavour drops, xylitol, chicory syrup...)

  3. Spread the cream on the bottom of a small mould. Place the biscuits on top of the cream cheese, spread the cream layer again, place the strawberry slices and the cream cheese again. Repeat the process - another layer of biscuits, cream, strawberries and cream.

  4. Crumble the remaining cookies on top, drizzle with nut butter, sprinkle with chopped peanuts and add freeze‑dried strawberries and strawberry coconut cubes.
