- 1/2 pears
- 150 ml water
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch cardamom
- 125 g curd cheese
- 20 g vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp walnuts

Preheat the oven to 190 °C. Peel and halve the pears, and remove the seeds with a spoon.

In a bowl, mix honey, water, cinnamon and lemon juice until combined. Place the cleaned pears in a baking dish or a tray and drizzle them with maple syrup. Place in the oven and roast until golden. This should take about 40‑45 minutes.

Chop the nuts and dry roast them in a hot pan. Serve the roasted pears drizzled with the roasting juices. Add some curd cheese flavoured with vanilla protein and top with the roasted nuts.
