Suggested Use
- Pancakes: Mix one serving (70 g) of the mix with 80 ml of cold water.
- Waffles: Mix one serving (70 g) of the mix with 100 ml of cold water.
- Let it stand for 1–2 minutes.
- Pour the batter onto a preheated pan or waffle maker with a little oil. For waffles, we recommend opening the waffle maker as little as possible, ideally not at all for about 5 minutes, to help the waffles keep their shape.
Suggested use for batches with different properties
- The batch numbers for each flavor can be found in the information box under the product name.
- For preparing waffles:
We recommend using 70 g of mix and 80 ml of water.
Adjust the baking time to 8 minutes. - For preparing pancakes:
We recommend using 70 g of mix and 140 ml of water.
With less water, the batter may tear and be less compact.
