We love no‑bake desserts, especially if they only use a couple of ingredients and take a little time to make. And it's a bonus that they don't just taste great, but also look amazing! These Cake Pops, aka doughy lollipops, have it all. We hope that you will love them as much as we do!

- 5 g fats
- 2,3 g protein
Per 40 portions
- 400 g of ladyfingers
- 200 g cream cheese
- 100 g golden cane icing sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 300 g dark chocolate
- freeze-dried raspberries
- Vilgain Coconut Sprinkles
- hazelnuts
Instructions
-
In a medium‑size bowl, mix grated lady fingers, soft cheese (we used low‑fat one), powdered sugar, vanilla extract and cocoa (you can skip cocoa, if you want the insides to be white rather than brown). Mix until you have a smooth (but firm and compact) dough.
-
Shape the dough into small balls and transfer them to a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Stick a toothpick or a wooden skewer into each ball. Put the tray into a freezer, and leave it to cool and harden for 30 minutes.
-
Meanwhile, melt the dark chocolate in a water bath or the microwave.
-
Remove the balls from the freezer, and coat them fully in the melted chocolate.
-
Now let's decorate them! You can use chopped nuts, your favourite freeze‑dried fruit, or our coconut sprinkles.
-
Leave the toppings to harden at a room‑temperature, or put the cake pops in the fridge for a bit.
That's it! Enjoy!
