- 450 g beef meat
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp fish sauces
- 2 cloves garlic
- 10 g ginger
- salt
- pepper
- chilli flake
- 1/2 tsp garlic granules
- 400 ml water
- 3 tbsp fish sauces
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp of vinegar
- 2 tbsp cane sugar
- 1 clove garlic

- 250 g Rýžových nudlí úzkých
- 150 iceberg lettuces
- 1 carrot
- 40 g peanuts
- mint
- coriander
- sriracha sauce
Instructions

Slice the beef thinly. Pour over the oil, fish sauce, garlic granules, chilli flakes, slices of garlic, finely chopped fresh ginger and pepper. Mix and leave it to marinade for at least 30 minutes.

Cook the rice noodles according to the instructions.

Heat a dry pan. Add the beef and fry it.

For the sauce, mix the water with the fish sauce, vinegar, rice vinegar, cane sugar, sliced garlic and a piece of thinly sliced carrot. Mix and then cook for a little bit.

To serve, prepare a large bowl. Add the rice noodles, chopped lettuce, grated carrot, chopped mint and coriander, beef and sprinkle over chopped peanuts. Pour over the sauce, and you're good to go!
