Preparation time: 10 min. (3 hours for freezing)
Comments

Do you often get hungry? Then prepare and freeze these yoghurt cupcakes with fruit and pull them out when you have a sweet tooth. They'll fill you up, provide protein and carbs, and you won't be craving any more sweets. They're ideal in the summer, but they're also great in the colder months, as a post‑workout snack. You can always flavour them to suit yourself, or whichever fruit you have at home, and feel free to add chopped chocolate or our crunchy coconut sprinkles. 👌🏻
