- 100 g dates
- 100 g oats
- 30 g vanilla whey protein powder
- 20 g flexseeds
- 20 g freeze dried strawberries
- 75 g water
- 20 g dark chocolate chips
- 1 egg
- 30 g wholegrain crackers - herbs
- 20 g hummus
- 50 g carrots
- 50 g cucumbers
- 50 g red bell pepper
- 1 blueberry energy ball
- 30 g hard cheese
- 10 g pecans
- 30 g grapes

UNBAKED OAT BALLS

1. If the dates are hard, soak them in warm water for a few minutes to soften them. Then remove the stones and cut them into smaller pieces.
2. Place the soft, pitted dates, oatmeal, protein powder, flaxseed and freeze‑dried strawberries in a blender. Add 2‑3 tablespoons of water (about 70 ml).
3. Once the mixture is well blended and combined, stir in the chocolate chips. Scoop out some of the mixture with a spoon and shape into balls. Let them set in the fridge for a while and then serve with Greek yoghurt and your favourite fruit.
