Instructions

  1. Mix the cornflakes with the almonds (you can use chopped or sliced ones), melted butter, honey and cinnamon.

  2. Insert the mixture into a muffin tin (for best results, line the tray with parchment paper or use muffin paper cups)

  3. Bake them at 160°C for 10‑12 minutes. Leave them to cool completely.

  4. If you want to level them up, dip their bottoms in your favourite melted chocolate and leave to set overnight in the fridge.
