Everybody loves apple bread pudding. How about using white sandwich bread this time? The pudding is super easy and super smooth. The base is high‑quality bread, a proper dose of seasonal apples, mouthwatering baked stiff peaks, and peanut butter. You simply have to try it!😍

- 9 slices of toasted bread
- 250 ml almond drink
- 2 eggs
- 25 g coconut sugar
- 290 g apple
- 250 g of lumpy curds
- 45 g honey
- 25 g walnuts
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp coconut sugar
Instructions

First, whisk together the milk with egg yolks and coconut sugar.

Tear the sandwich bread into small pieces, and dip them in the milk mixture one by one. Place about five pieces at the bottom of the baking dish.

In a separate bowl, mix the quark, the second egg yolk and honey. Spread this mixture over the layer of bread in the baking dish. Then add grated apples, sprinkle over the chopped walnuts and top with the remaining pieces of wet bread.

Bake at 180°C for 35 minutes. Meanwhile, whip the egg whites into stiff peaks. Then add sugar and whip again. Spread the mixture over the bread pudding and return it to the oven. Bake until golden, for 10‑15 minutes.
