Per 2 portions
- 100 g red velvet protein mug cake mix
- 40 g dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp ghee
- 120 ml oatmeal drink
- 1 egg
- raspberries
- 1 tsp golden cane icing sugar
Instructions
-
In a small bowl, put the choco chips and add a teaspoon of ghee butter. Put it in the microwave. -
In a bowl, combine the red velvet mug cake mix, eggs, melted chocolate and milk. If the mixture is too thick, add more milk to make the batter smooth and slightly runny.
-
Prepare heatproof bowls, grease with ghee butter and sprinkle with a little cocoa.
-
Divide the batter evenly between the two pans and bake in a preheated oven at 170 °C for about 10 minutes.
-
The lava cake should be baked on the edges and runny in the center.
👉🏻 But here it depends on you - it's the same as with brownies. Some people like it more cooked through, some people like it less. So leave the texture of the brownie up to you and your taste preferences. But a proper lava cake should have a flow in the middle.
-
Let the baked lava cake rest for a while.
-
Serve with raspberries and icing sugar.
-
Bon appetit!
