- 300 g penne pasta
- 3 tomatoes
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 chilli pepper
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp oregano
- salt
- 2 tsp red pepper
- parsley leaves
- 20 g parmesan

Cook the penne al dente in a large bowl with salted boiling water according to the instructions (al dente is cooked but still a little bit hard).

Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large pan over a medium heat. Add the chopped garlic and chilli and fry for 1‑2 minutes, until fragrant. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes, until the tomatoes disintegrate into a sauce. Add dried oregano and mix. Season according to your preference with salt and pepper.

Add the cooked penne to the sauce and mix until all pasta is coated.
