  • 300 g penne pasta
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 chilli pepper
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • salt
  • 2 tsp red pepper
  • parsley leaves
  • 20 g parmesan

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne al dente in a large bowl with salted boiling water according to the instructions (al dente is cooked but still a little bit hard).

  2. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large pan over a medium heat. Add the chopped garlic and chilli and fry for 1‑2 minutes, until fragrant. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes, until the tomatoes disintegrate into a sauce. Add dried oregano and mix. Season according to your preference with salt and pepper.

  3. Add the cooked penne to the sauce and mix until all pasta is coated.

  4. Serve with grated Parmesan and chopped parsley. Buon Appetito!
