- 50 g rice
- 150 g ready-to-eat chicken breast
- 5 ml avocado oil
- 40 ml soy sauce
- 30 g spring onion
- 4 eggs

First, crack 4 eggs and mix them well together.

Cut the spring onion and R2E meat into smaller pieces, measure out 40 ml of soy sauce.

It is ideal to prepare fried rice from what is left over the day before. But if you don't have cooked rice in your stock, prepare it according to the instructions on the package.
