- 150 g ready-to-eat chicken breast
- 5 ml avocado oil
- 40 ml soy sauce
- 30 g spring onion
- 4 eggs
Instructions
-
First, crack 4 eggs and mix them well together.
-
Cut the spring onion and R2E meat into smaller pieces, and measure out 40ml of soy sauce.
-
The best rice to use in this recipe is cooked rice from the day before. But if you don't have any leftover rice, simply cook a fresh batch according to the packaging.
-
Then just heat the oil in the pan, add the beaten eggs, mix thoroughly so they don't burn and add the chopped meat.
-
Add the cooked rice and soy sauce to the mixture and stir.
-
Finally, sprinkle the spring onions over and enjoy!
