Frittata is an Italian dish similar to an omelette, served as an appetizer and is quite popular. It uses a combination of different vegetables, cheeses, herbs or even pasta. You can also have it for dinner with peace of mind. It's filling but doesn't put a strain on your stomach.

  • 1 packet cottage cheese
  • cherry tomato
  • spring onion
  • 150 g ready-to-eat turkey meat
  • 60 g parmesan
  • pepper
  • baby spinach
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Cottage Cheese FrittataPrepare all the ingredients.

  2. In a bowl, crack eggs, add the cottage cheese, shredded cheese, salt, pepper, chopped spring onions and frozen or fresh spinach.

  3. Put the tomatoes and turkey in the pan and drizzle with olive oil.

  4. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the top and top with the chopped cherry tomatoes.

  5. Bake at 185 °C for approximately 30‑35 minutes.
