  • 150 g ready-to-eat turkey meat
  • 60 g parmesan
  • pepper
  • baby spinach
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Cottage Cheese FrittataPrepare all the ingredients.

  2. In a bowl, crack eggs, add cottage cheese, shredded cheese, salt, pepper, chopped spring onions (cloves) and frozen or fresh spinach.

  3. Put the tomatoes and turkey in the pan and drizzle with olive oil.

  4. Pour the mixture evenly over the top and top with the chopped cherry tomatoes.

  5. Bake at 185 °C for approximately 30‑35 minutes.
