- 400 g chicken breast
- 70 g Greek yoghurt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- 2 tbsp tomato passatas
- 1 tsp baked peppers chilli sauce
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp dried coriander
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- lemon juice
- salt
- pepper
- 1 red onion
- 1 red bell pepper
- 3 white bell peppers
- Thyme
- salt
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 210 g of basmati rice
- 200 g Greek yoghurt
- lemon juice
- coriander
- mint
- salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Cut the chicken breasts into pieces. Add the olive oil, Greek yoghurt, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, and seasoning. Add some lemon juice and mix well. Leave it to marinate.

Meanwhile, prepare the dip. Chop the mint and coriander, and add them to the Greek yoghurt. Add the olive oil, lemon juice, and salt.

Chop the vegetables into larger pieces, add some thyme and salt, and fry with a little bit of olive oil. Set aside.

Use the same pan to fry the chicken with the marinade. You can also add a splash of water.

Serve in a bowl with basmati rice.
