Per 1 portion
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 30 g chia seeds
- 100 ml oat drink
- 15 g vanilla protein powder
- maple syrup
- 50 g semi-fat quark
- 1/2 banana
- 10 g dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp peanut butter
Instructions
-
Place half a banana into a bowl or a Tupperware and mash it using a fork.
-
Add the peanut butter, chia seeds, vanilla protein, and a splash of maple syrup. Pour over the oat drink and mix well. Try to smooth out any protein lumps and chia seed lumps.
-
Mix it again after 5 minutes. The chia seeds will spread more evenly and soak up the liquid better.
-
Close the jar/Tupperware and place it in the fridge. Ideally, leave it to rest overnight, but if you're in a hurry, you can wait 1‑2 hours only.
-
In the morning (or after a couple of hours), take the pudding out of the fridge. Add a layer of fresh quark and slices of the remaining half of the banana. Top with dark chocolate chips and drizzle over more peanut butter.
-
That's it! Enjoy!
