Per 4 portions
- 800 g chicken breast
- 180 g plain yoghurt
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sweet paprika
- 200 g panko breadcrumbs
- olive oil spray
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
-
Wash the meat and cut into medium‑sized strips. Dip them in the yoghurt and spice mixture. Leave in the fridge for at least two hours. This will make the meat nice and tender and juicy.
🤫You can skip this step if you're in a hurry, for example, but we recommend it for a more pronounced flavour and texture of the meat.
-
Then coat them thoroughly in panko breadcrumbs (or crushed cornflakes). Put them in a hot air fryer, spray with olive oil and bake at 200 °C for about 15‑20 minutes (turn the strips halfway through).
-
Then just serve with your favourite sauce or in a tortilla.
