Pancake mix is a great opportunity to experiment a little and make cool waffles or pancakes to your own taste. Add strawberries, chocolate, chicory syrup, almonds, flaxseed or any other of an infinite number of foods for the fanciest breakfast ever.
Ingredients
Gluten‑free oat flour, mixture of whey protein isolate (milk) and milk proteins (caseinates) 28 %, almond flour, tapioca flour, whole milk powder*, cane sugar, baking powder* (cornstarch*, raising agents: potassium tartrate, sodium carbonate), Himalayan salt.

Instructions for use
- Pancakes: Mix one serving of the mix (70 g) with 80 ml of cold water.
- Waffles: Mix one serving of the mix (70 g) with 100 ml of cold water.
- Let stand for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Pour the batter into a hot pan or waffle iron with a little oil. In the case of waffles, we recommend opening the waffle maker as little as possible, ideally not opening it for about 5 minutes, so that the waffle keeps its shape.
