I use coconut oil not only for cooking, but I also keep a jar in my bathroom and gargle with it in the morning. The smell and germs are a drag and my boyfriend is glad I don't talk for 20 minutes in the morning.

I LOVE kimchi and this has topped my kimchi list so far!
