Charged "sauerkraut"
The base of Vilgain Organic Korean Pickled Vegetable is Chinese cabbage enriched with carrots, white radish, onion, garlic, ginger and a touch of chili, all in organic quality. All these vegetables are carefully, hand chopped, mixed with soy, sugar and spices, sealed and left to ferment at room temperature for a few days to weeks. There are no preservatives or artificial colours in the packet. Thanks to pasteurization, the pack will last you a long time and you don't necessarily need to store it in the fridge (between 0 and 20 degrees Celsius will be fine though).
Low carb helper for a reduction diet
The salad is the perfect companion for your diet, as it contains only 27 kcal per 100 g of product. You can use it as a vegetable side dish with your main meal, pull it out at a barbecue with meat or use it as a tasty addition to bibimbap, bagels, burgers, sandwiches or soups.
