Looking for a coffee snack or a quick source of energy before a training session? Try these homemade raw date bars. You don't need an oven or any special equipment. Simply press dates into a tin, add the peanut butter, your favourite nuts or dry fruit and pour over some chocolate. It's done in 10 minutes and will keep in the fridge for a week – unless you eat it on the first day, which we don't recommend as it's really energy‑dense.😅 Just one bar will boost you with immediate energy.
