- 10 g olive oil
- 300 g chicken breast
- 2 cloves garlic
- 30 g curry paste
- tbsp soy sauce
- 30 g peanut butter
- 200 g coconut milk
- 500 ml vegetable broth
- 250 g udon noodles
- 1 lime
- 1/2 cup coriander
Instructions

Quickly fry the chicken in the olive oil and set aside. To the same pan, add the garlic, curry paste, peanut butter, soy sauce, stock, and coconut milk. Add the meat and let it cook for a few minutes. -
Add your favourite udon noodles (we used fresh), stir, heat it through for a while and serve with coriander and lime.
