Soup:
- 10 g olive oil
- 300 g chicken breast
- 2 cloves garlic
- 30 g curry paste
- tbsp soy sauce
- 30 g peanut butter
- 200 g coconut milk
- 500 ml vegetable broth
- 250 g udon noodles
Serving:
- 1 lime
- 1/2 cup coriander
Instructions

Pull the chicken breast in the oil and then set it aside. Add the garlic, curry paste, peanut butter, soy sauce to the broth, add the broth, coconut milk, add the meat and let it cook for a few minutes. -
Add your favourite udon noodles (we used fresh), stir, let it warm up for a while and serve with coriander and lime.
