- 180 g cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- 100 g plain yoghurt
- 50 g chicory syrup
- 30 g vanilla protein powder
- 25 g blueberries
- coconut oil spray
- Sweet Nuts chocolate coconut pecans

Instructions

In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, egg, protein powder, sweetener and yoghurt. -
Add two handfuls of blueberries at the end and stir gently.

Prepare two baking dishes, spray them with coconut oil and divide the cottage mixture evenly between them.

Bake at 180 °C for 35‑40 min. Let them cool. Before serving, add a dollop of nut butter and garnish with fruit.
