- 180 g cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- 100 g plain yoghurt
- 50 g chicory syrup
- 30 g vanilla protein powder
- 25 g blueberries
- coconut oil spray

Instructions

In a bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, egg, protein, sweetener and yogurt.

Add two handfuls of blueberries at the end and stir gently.

Prepare two baking dishes, spray them with coconut oil and divide the cottage mixture evenly between them.

Bake at 180 °C for 35‑40 min. Let cool. Before serving, add a dollop of nut butter on top and garnish with fruit.
