They're incredibly easy to make, and you can flavour them with whatever you have on hand. They'll be perfect not only as an easy dessert, but also as a snack on the go or breakfast that you can prep the night before.

Instructions

  1. Mini Cottage Cheese CheesecakesIn a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, egg, protein powder, sweetener and yoghurt.

  2. Add two handfuls of blueberries at the end and stir gently.

  3. Prepare two baking dishes, spray them with coconut oil and divide the cottage mixture evenly between them.

  4. Bake at 180 °C for 35‑40 min. Let them cool. Before serving, add a dollop of nut butter and garnish with fruit.
