- 200 g ricotta
- 125 g Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp onion granules
- 1/2 tsp garlic granules
- salt
- lemon juice
- 2 tsp capers
- 1/2 red onion
- dill
- lemon zest
- sesame seeds
- seed cracker
- sesame quinoa crackers
- cucumber
- carrot
Instructions

Start with the dip:
In a blender, mix ricotta with soft cheese, seasoning and lemon juice.

Place the dip into a wide, larger bowl.

Decorate the top of the dip with smoked salmon, capers, finely chopped red onion, sprinkles of dill, lemon zest and sesame seeds.

Serve with crunchy crackers and vegetables.
