Mug cake can be enjoyed as a quick but balanced breakfast or snack at any time of the day, as well as a filling dessert after lunch. But one thing is for sure - you will always enjoy a royal treat while getting the best that nature has to offer.
Ingredients
Milk protein 25%, gluten‑free oat flour, coconut sugar*, almond flour, almonds natural roasted, cubed carrot powder* 8%, coconut milk powder*, baking powder*(corn starch*, baking agents: potassium tartrates, sodium carbonates), ground cinnamon, sea salt, ground vanilla.

Suggested use
- Weigh one 70 g serving into a 300‑350 ml mug and pour 70 ml of cold water.
- Stir well and let stand for 1‑2 minutes.
- For an even smoother cake, add a little butter or coconut oil to the batter.
- Then put in the microwave on 600W for 2,5‑3 minutes (check after 2 minutes and let finish if necessary).
- Do not cover with a plastic lid in the microwave.
- Mug cake can be tipped out of the tin or eaten directly from the mug.
