- 2 pita breads
- 300 g R2E pork shoulder
- ghee butter spray
- 1 tbsp lupine amino sauce
- 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- 4 tbsp low sugar ketchup
- 2 tbsp light mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp plain yoghurt
- 20 g iceberg lettuce
- 20 g red cabbage
- 20 g carrots
- 40 g onion
- 1 tbsp wildflower honey
- soy sauce spray

Slice the pita bread in half lengthwise and fry it, using a small amount of ghee.

Meanwhile, prepare the meat. Pull the meat apart, fry it quickly, add a tablespoon of amino sauce and sweet chilli sauce each, 4 tablespoons of ketchup, and mix well.

We'll also be using mayonnaise and yoghurt. Spread those over the bottom part of the bun.
