Instructions

  1. Praline OatmealIn a saucepan, mix the oatmeal with the protein.

  2. Pour water over the oatmeal and put it to boil on a low flame.

  3. Stir the oatmeal during cooking so that it does not burn.

  4. Once the oatmeal starts to bubble, take it off the stove and transfer it to a bowl.

  5. Pour a little milk over the oatmeal for extra softness.

  6. Add almond butter, freeze‑dried cherries, hemp seeds, sunflower seeds and serve.
