- 80 g chocolate praline oatmeal
- 200 ml water
- 30 g chocolate protein
- 10 g freeze-dried sour cherries
- 20 g almond butter
- 5 g hemp seeds
- 5 g sunflower seeds
- milk
Instructions

In a saucepan, mix the oatmeal with the protein. -
Pour water over the oatmeal and put it to boil on a low flame.

Stir the oatmeal during cooking so that it does not burn.

Once the oatmeal starts to bubble, take it off the stove and transfer it to a bowl.

Pour a little milk over the oatmeal for extra softness.

Add almond butter, freeze‑dried cherries, hemp seeds, sunflower seeds and serve.
