- 570 g gnocchi
- 60 g dried tomatoes
- 150 ml cooking cream
- 250 g chicken broth
- 30 g parmesan
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 red onion
- 50 g baby spinach

Instructions

Clean the chicken, cut into cubes, salt, pepper and fry in a little olive oil. -
Remove the fried chicken from the pan to a plate next to it and fry the finely chopped onion in the pan. When it is golden, add the crushed garlic and sun‑dried tomatoes. After a while, add the baby spinach, cream and stock. Stir well and add the gnocchi.
