  • 5 English muffins
  • 5 eggs
  • 5 slices cheddar
  • 5 slices high quality ham
  • 1 packet cottage cheese
  • 5 tbsp curd cheese
  • 5 tbsp cream cheese
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the cottage with the eggs, salt and pepper and pour into a baking dish. Place in the oven and bake at 180 °C for about 15‑20 minutes.

  2. Let cool and cut into 5 pieces.

  3. Spread the muffins with cottage cheese mixed with cream cheese, add the finished egg and cottage and top with ham and cheddar.

  4. That's it! Enjoy now, or wrap in foil, stick in the fridge and bake when you're craving a savoury breakfast and pressed for time.
