- 500 g curd cheese
- 2 eggs
- 20 g cocoa powder
- 20 g dark chocolate chips
- vanilla stevia drops

In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, eggs, cocoa and sweeten to taste with flavour drops. -
Pour the mixture into a 17 cm diameter mould, sprinkle with chocolate chips and bang the mould against the counter a couple of times to remove air bubbles in the mixture and prevent the cheesecake from cracking.

Bake in a preheated oven at 155 °C for about 30/35 minutes and serve when cool!
