- 80 g spelt flour
- 60 g grass-fed ghee
- 50 g coconut sugar
- 80 g coconut
- 1 yolk
- 30 g cocoa powder
- 1 pinch sea salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 175 °C. -
In a large bowl, mix together the spelt flour, coconut, cocoa powder and a pinch of salt. Then add the egg yolk and room temperature butter or ghee. Use your hands to thoroughly combine into a firm dough.

Form the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Finally, squash them with a fork.

Bake for about 12‑15 minutes. After baking, let cool and serve with milk or hide in a box and keep in a cool, dry place.
