Pure clarified cow's milk butter
Transfused ghee butter is a versatile kitchen helper that is great for frying, baking and cooking. It adds a pleasant nutty aroma and creaminess to food. Our ghee is low in milk protein and is therefore also suitable for lactose intolerant people.
It does not burn and withstands temperatures up to 250°C 🔥
Over‑smoking removes water and milk proteins from the ghee, giving it a high smoke point of 250°C. This means that it does not overcook and no harmful substances are produced at high temperatures, making it ideal for frying, baking and roasting.
