25 g Clear Whey Isolate
300 ml water
80 g strawberries
5 g freeze dried strawberries
8 g hibiscus tea
500 ml water
mint

Instructions

Put 4 teaspoons of hibiscus tea (approx. 8 g) into a container and pour 500 ml of boiling water over it. Infuse and leave to cool for at least half an hour. It can also be stored in the fridge.
Pour 300 ml of water into a protein shaker and add a scoop of clear whey protein with strawberry flavour. Stir.
Tear the mint into smaller pieces. Mash some of the strawberries and cut some of them into smaller pieces.
Put ice in the pitcher. Add strawberries, mint and freeze‑dried strawberries. Pour over the prepared tea and protein drink.
Stir and serve. Enjoy!
