Per 9 portions
- 3 eggs
- 390 g of skyr
- 70 g wildflower honey
- 2 tbsp tapioca flour
- 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
- 2 ml ghee butter spray
- 1 apple
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp wildflower honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- chocolate prebiotic topping
Instructions

Add the yolks, Skyr, honey, flour and vanilla to a bowl and mix well. Then carefully add stiff peaks from the whites, and a pinch of salt.

Grease a bread tin with a little bit of oil or ghee and pour in the mixture.

Cut the apple into small cubes. Add it to a hot pan with water, honey and cinnamon. Leave it to simmer for a couple of minutes and add it to the top of the batter in the bread tin.

Bake it at 170°C for 50 minutes.

Slice it and serve it topped with our prebiotic topping.
