Instructions

  1. Add the yolks, Skyr, honey, flour and vanilla to a bowl and mix well. Then carefully add stiff peaks from the whites, and a pinch of salt. 

  2. Grease a bread tin with a little bit of oil or ghee and pour in the mixture.

  3. Cut the apple into small cubes. Add it to a hot pan with water, honey and cinnamon. Leave it to simmer for a couple of minutes and add it to the top of the batter in the bread tin.

  4. Bake it at 170°C for 50 minutes. 

  5. Slice it and serve it topped with our prebiotic topping.

  6. Enjoy!
