- 200 g ginger
- 1 orange
- tbsp honey
- 500 ml water

It's really mega easy! Just blend all the ingredients, strain through a sieve, pour into jars, store in the fridge and pull out when you don't feel fresh.
PS: we recommend drinking it within 3‑4 days or so, store in the fridge or pour into an ice maker, freeze and store indefinitely. In this case, the shote also makes a great ginger tea by pouring hot water over it.
