Vilgain Tomato puree is not tomato concentrate or water flavored with tomato flavor. Our puree is made exclusively from whole tomatoes. Tomatoes are first peeled and seeds removed, then ground and cooked until a smooth puree is formed. Thanks to this processing method, you can enjoy the true, intense and unadulterated tomato flavour. This puree also retains a much greater amount of nutrients.
