Vilgain Organic Tomato Pulp is not tomato concentrate or water with tomato flavour. Our puree is made exclusively from whole tomatoes. Tomatoes are first peeled and seeds removed, then ground and cooked until a smooth puree is formed. Thanks to this processing method, you can enjoy the true, intense and unadulterated tomato flavour. This puree also retains a much greater amount of nutrients.

We have chosen the best quality tomatoes possible - fresh, ripe, Italian and organic. Italy has optimum climatic conditions and fertile soil for growing tomatoes, which is reflected in both their taste and their content of beneficial substances.

The puree is perfect as a base for various pasta sauces or pizza. Just mix with your favourite spices such as garlic, onions or other herbs and you have a tasty tomato sauce in no time.
