Per 2 portions
- 160 g penne pasta
- 200 g ready-to-eat chicken breast
- 60 g cream cheese
- 60 g blue cheese
- 60 g leek
- 80 g spinach leaves
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 ml olive oil spray
Instructions

Fry the chopped leek, garlic and spinach in a pan with a little oil. In the meantime, cook the pasta according to the instructions.

Then add a little pasta water to the vegetables, stir in the soft cheese and add the crumbled blue cheese. Let it melt. Finally, add the shredded chicken and the cooked pasta, mix well and serve. Optionally, sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
