Our fish oil contains omega‑3 fatty acids in the form of triglycerides - a naturally occurring form found in nature. Unlike the cheaper ethyl esters that most manufacturers use, triglycerides are more easily absorbed and provide more benefits to the body.

Unopened packaging can be stored in a cool and dark place; refrigeration is not necessary. Storage in a dry and dark place at room temperature is also suitable. For capsules, refrigeration is fine but not essential; the gelatin shell protects them from oxygen on its own.
The larger capsule (pack of 180 pcs, size 25 mm) contains 300 mg EPA and 200 mg DHA. The smaller capsule (pack of 90 pcs, size 16 mm) contains 200 mg EPA and 135 mg DHA. A beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of at least 2 capsules.
