  • Vitamin K takes care of your bones

Who is supplementing
vitamins D and K for?

Vitamins D3 and K2 are a good supplement for anyone who wants to support their health and proper functioning of the body. Both vitamins can be under‑represented in the body, in some cases more than others. In these cases, supplementation with Vilgain D3 + K2 is strongly recommended:

  • Working at home and in the office
Less time in the sun and therefore less vitamin D from synthesis in the skin

  • Darker skin
    Less vitamin D from sunlight

  • Autumn and winter months
Less sun during the cold months. Lower vitamin D synthesis in the skin

  • Veganism and Vegetarianism
Vitamin D deficiency in a regular plant‑based diet.

Patented
vitamin D3V®
from seaweed

Vitamin D in its most accessible form (D3, or cholecalciferol) occurs almost exclusively in animal form in nature and is commonly made from lanolin from sheep's wool. Compared to D2, the common plant form of vitamin D, it has 87% better digestibility [1]. However, our form of the vitamin‑D3V® [2] comes from GMO‑free seaweed. It has been used for years for other food purposes and is chemically identical to its animal counterpart, D3.

The brand boasts certifications from The Vegan Society and the Indian Vegetarian Mark.

Accurate and simple
dosing

The pack comes with a pharmaceutical‑grade dispenser that simply measures out the exact dose. You don't have to worry about dripping onto a spoon or other less precise methods. Just two squeezes and you're good to go.

There is a total of 30 ml of solution in the bottle (150 doses), so one squirt equals about 0,1 ml and one dose equals 0,2 ml.

Multiple‑days action
of vitamin K2

Vitamin K2 is found in the form of menaquinone‑7, better known as MK7. Compared to other forms of vitamin K, which are only retained in the body for about a day, MK7 is only fully depleted after more than 4 days, giving your body a longer window to fully utilise it [4].

Super clean formula with MCT oil

Vitamins D3 and K2 are fat‑soluble. That's why we have mixed them with high‑quality MCT oil - a fat carrier that supports digestion, but most importantly, helps our vitamins absorb better in the body. The only other ingredient in the solution is natural tocopherols, which protect the drink from oxidation. Our premium purity is laboratory tested, with a recipe completely free of harmful microorganisms.

Ingredients

MCT coconut oil (medium chain triglycerides), menaquinone (vitamin K2 MK‑7), cholecalciferol (D3V®, vitamin D from seaweed), antioxidant: mixed tocopherols.

I’ve been using several packs already and keep buying it over and over. What I like most is that vitamin D is combined with K2, so I don’t have to buy and take two different supplements. A big plus for me is the liquid form, because I don’t like powders or tablets. So for me, it’s absolutely ideal. With the liquid form, precise dosing might be a bit more complicated for some people, but personally, I don’t worry about it that much. In my opinion, the price/performance ratio is absolutely fine.
