Hi Denise, thank you for your inquiry! The minimum shelf life is until 5.8.2023 and you can find it on the glass and directly under the "add to cart" button on our e-shop. "Best before" refers to the date until which the food will retain its declared quality. The best before date refers to foods that do not spoil too quickly and therefore have a longer shelf life. This is in contrast to the 'Use by' date, which appears on foods that are highly perishable. Mustard is recommended to be stored in the refrigerator. Happy Holidays :).
