Cashews Caramelized – sweet crunchy delicacy made from fresh cashews
How to understand the W240 grading of cashew nuts?
Just remember that the lower the number, the bigger the cashew nut you get. W240 (sometimes also labeled as W240) is among the larger varieties sold and is generally considered one of the more premium options.
Beneficial nutrients from the Ivory Coast 🇨🇮
Cashews are a rich source of unsaturated fatty acids. Together with sunflower seeds, they have the highest magnesium content of all nuts and seeds in general. In addition to magnesium, they also provide our bodies with zinc and copper.
Thanks to their crunchy honey crust, they are an excellent snack on their own, but they are also great as a topping for yogurt, oatmeal, or muesli. You can also use them in salads and desserts, where they create a pleasantly sweet and salty contrast.
