- 250 g curd cheese
- 200 g cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- 50 g cocoa powder
- 50 g maple syrup
- 40 g hazelnuts
- 1 tbsp tapioca flour
- pinch salt
- 20 g Vilgain Organic Nut Spread - lískové ořechy
- 20 g hazelnuts
Instructions

Add curd cheese, cottage cheese, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla and hazelnuts to a blender.

Mix well. Pour it into a small baking tin, greased slightly with some oil. Bake at 175 °C for 45‑50 minutes.

Cover it with the hazelnut butter after baking, and sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts. Leave it in the fridge to cool for 1‑2 hours, then serve.
