Hello, it's a pity that I can't give a review because I bought over rohlík.cz. I gave the product 3 chances I tried half a scoop, then one scoop and actually the effect was about nothing with the exception that I just felt like it was taking away my strength. Finally we tried a scoop and a half which had an effect but I couldn't do the whole workout with it I got so sick I could barely get home I was sick, I couldn't breathe plus it didn't get my sugar up to 13 which is weird. I guess this product didn't suit me which is a shame for the money. :( but it tastes good as everyone here says they don't like it :D
Hi Eliska, we recommend drinking a lot before taking Pre Workout (about 2-3 hours before training) and also not to take the product completely fasted. There is 200 mg of caffeine in the dose and it is therefore not recommended to take other sources of caffeine while consuming Pre Workout. Total daily caffeine intake should not exceed 400mg.
