I love cinnamon and this one is even more cinnamon-y than the classic ones from the supermarket.

Great distinctive taste, much better than the usual from the store.

A bit more coarse than the usual "not real" cinnamon from the store. Not quite the intense cinnamon flavor for me, but not bitter and stinging like the cassia wood grind. The smell is aromatic, but unfortunately the taste is not, it's not consistent. I don't know if this has to do with the relatively short shelf life of the product.
