I started taking it today, so it's too early for a review.

I've only been taking it for a short time. The only thing that bothers me is that after swallowing, I can still "feel" some ingredient.

Top product 🙏👌🤎. It helped strengthen my nails and really stopped extreme hair loss. Every morning I used to collect a handful of hair from my pillow, and after this treatment I only occasionally find one or two hairs 🙏 so I truly recommend it with both hands. Before, I tried zinc and B vitamins and nothing helped. However, you need to take it consistently, and the result will only show towards the end of the treatment.
