So far I have the first, almost finished pack at home, and I can see the results. After I gave birth my hair started to fall out, now it's much better. A lot of baby hairs have appeared, my nails are stronger, and although my lifestyle is completely different with a baby, my skin is also healthy with no acne. I definitely wouldn't say the smell is that bad. Nothing that can't be managed.

I'm only giving it a star down because of the disgusting smell and foul taste. Although I read what it contains, I didn't expect such a smell and taste. Somehow I hope I will be able to finish it and I believe I will see some results, but at the moment I doubt that I will order the product again (as I have a terribly sensitive vomiting reflex, which echoed strongly every time I swallowed the pills 😄). Anyway, if the period of use passes, I'll edit the post with some observations on whether the pills worked. :)

I've been taking it regularly for three months and have noticed an improvement in my skin (much less acne, especially on my face) and hair (lots of new "baby hairs" and not so much frizz).

It smells awful!

I was quite looking forward to start using the supplement, when I finally got to open the box I was surprised by a terrible smell 😆 I don't know what I expected but it wasn't this, so I hope that if I hold out I will see the results 😄 I will not order again

The Hair, Nails and Skin product contains methionine, cysteine and MSM - all of which contain organically bound sulphur and therefore have a characteristic smell that can be smelled from the capsules and the jar. I am very satisfied with the product and my damaged nails were strong and long after 2 months.:)
