Our egg whites come from hens raised in Belgian litter farming systems. The eggs are cracked, the yolks removed, and the whites pasteurised to eliminate harmful pathogens and to extend shelf life. Using high‑pressure spray drying, the whites are transformed into a fine powder that delivers over 80% protein, with zero fat or cholesterol. No additives, no GMOs, and nothing artificial – just pure, functional nutrition.

Our Egg White Powder is odourless, highly soluble, and easy to store thanks to its long shelf life. Simply mix with water to use it just like fresh egg whites. Whip them for baking, fold into frosting, or add directly to recipes.
Simply mix 100 grams of powder with 700 millilitres of water to get the equivalent of around 25 egg whites, or approximately 800 grams. You can use them just like fresh egg whites, whether you're whipping up meringues, making frosting, or adding extra protein to your morning porridge or smoothie.

Use
- Suitable for further processing.
- Mix the powder with water in a ratio of 1:7*.
- Stir or whisk to desired consistency.
