For me, it's great for “cookie dough” recipes made from almond flour, peanut butter, protein, syrup, yogurt, and chocolate chips 💗 I recommend it!!

Super quality

Almond flour is not extra fine as stated. At least a third is coarsely ground after sifting. I have been baking macarons with almond flour for quite some time. It does not correspond with what you claim. It's a pity, I hoped I would finally find what I need.

It tastes very good. However, regarding replacing flour with gluten, I don't understand whether it contains gluten or not. The product is listed as 'gluten-free', but it says on the packaging that it may contain gluten due to contamination. So is it guaranteed gluten-free?
