Suggested use
- Take approximately 2 g of protein per kilogram of your body weight per day (1 scoop = 30,4 - 33 g depending on flavor).
- Mix 1 scoop with 120 - 180 ml of water, milk or your favourite beverage.
- The product can be added to oatmeal, yoghurt or baking ingredients to increase the protein content.
