Hello, can I give a child from 3 years old? Thank you.
Hello it says 2 drops a day but for me the ratio is very low we should take at least 3000iu of d3 and 200mcg of k2 which works out at 8 drops of d3 would be 4000iu which would be fine
Hello, the recommended intake according to the Society for Nutrition for DACH is 800 IU of vitamin D3 per day and 60-70 ug of vitamin K2 per day. If you are diagnosed with a deficiency of either of these vitamins, your doctor may suggest a temporary increased intake. However, it is recommended to follow the advice of a physician or nutritional therapist in this case. Have a nice day.
Can it be added to tea or coffee?
Hello, yes, the product can be added to tea and coffee as well, as vitamins K2 and D3 are very heat stable. Have a nice day.

Hello, I need to find out whether or not the K2 ingredient comes from soy or chickpeas. I have to avoid these foods for health reasons. Thanks!
Hello. When converted to the amount of active ingredient, this product comes out to me at about half the price of Vilgain D3 in tablets. And it has extra K2. Am I making a mistake in the calculation somewhere?
- Tablets: 90 doses of 1000 IU for 240 CZK = 1000 IU for 2,6 CZK
- drops: 150 doses of 1000 IU for 250 CZK = 1000 IU for 1,6 CZK
Hi Tomas, your calculation is correct, you are right that Vilgain Vitamin D3+K2 in drops is about half the price of Vilgain Vitamin D3 in tablets, if we are talking about the price per 1000 IU of vitamin D3. This is due to the difference in the form of the vitamin - capsules are generally more expensive to produce than its liquid form. In addition, Vilgain Vitamin D3+K2 also contains vitamin K2, which is again more expensive to produce. However, the liquid form of vitamins generally has a higher absorption rate than capsules, so you may only need a lower dose to achieve the same effect. Have a nice day
